      In operation, Desktop Series work independently without the need to connect to a computer because it has been equipped with a 1000 capacity and 30,000 fingerprint attendance data to accommodate absenteeism transaction data. Subsequent attendance data is processed in a computer using a USB cable that provides easy access to and from the computer. With a battery backup that complement these units, the attendance can run without interruption in case of power outages.

     Dalam pengoperasiannya, Desktop Series bekerja secara mandiri tanpa perlu terhubung dengan komputer karena telah dilengkapi dengan kapasitas 1.000 sidik jari dan 30.000 data absensi untuk menampung data transaksi absensi karyawan. Data absensi selanjutnya diolah di komputer dengan menggunakan kabel USB yang memberikan kemudahan akses dari dan ke komputer. Dengan battery backup yang melengkapi unit ini, proses absensi dapat berjalan tanpa gangguan jika terjadi pemadaman listrik.

     Dalam paket penjualan Desktop Series telah disertakan software aplikasi Time Attendance yang sederhana dan mudah dipelajari, dimana aplikasi absensi ini telah memenuhi standar kebutuhan absensi pada umumnya di Indonesia.
